Roger Alliman, M.A. has been active as a business consultant, counselor, mediator, teacher, and conference speaker for more than 30 years. His experience, understanding of people, and knowledge of conflict resolution are the foundations for his value in the field of mediation.
He is a certified mediator and has served in county court systems as a mediator in association with the local Better Business Bureau.
Roger is the author of "Breaking The Self-Centered Life", a book that is used in counseling offices, churches, and as his primary text for a masters level university class on Theology For Counseling.
His newest book “Dreamers and Doers - in Business” is directed toward owners and managers in the business world. The book provides practical insights that pinpoint primary problems in start-up and existing companies due to differences in individual temperament and gifting.
As a counselor he specializes in premarital and family counseling and also provides psychological testing and assessment for therapists in his community.
Roger and his wife Elizabeth have been married 44 years, have four children, and live in the Colorado Springs area, where Elizabeth is a licensed professional counselor.
